Renault Roadside no Assistance.

I called Renault Roadside assistance at 23:00 in umlazi and I live in kwamashu. The car is not even a year old and the battery terminal is corroded. The car wouldn't start and they told me they would send someone to come and tow the vehicle home. When AJ's tow truck arrived, they told me they would tow the car to Jacobs and I would have to find my own way home from a place that I'm not even fami**** with. I waited 45 minutes for no assistance in a foreign area. I had to pay my own private tow truck company because they couldn't tow me home as my dealership is in umhlanga. To make matters worse, the guy that was assisting me had alot of attitude telling me that the car has been in an accident according to the towing company. And that the problem is mechanical it would be assessed and if the fault is mine , I would have to pay for the fees.
