Renault Polokwane, Renault SA - I don't recommend buying this car

I ordered keys for my car on the 4th of July with Renault Polokwane assisted by Gerhard in the parts Department. He told me that my keys will take 4 weeks to get to them. I kept following up with calls and whatsapp messages and he still maintained that it takes 4 weeks to receive the keys. I called and i was told the keys will be there on the 29th July and on the day, i was told the keys were no longer on the system and they don't have an estimate for me. I took the matter further and called Renault SA only to find out that the order was placed on the 10th July and they also told me that the keys are not on the system and they don't have an estimate for me. If Renault SA don't know what is happening with my keys, How am i supposed to know? I keep calling and calling and I don't even have an update. This is my 3rd Renault car and I wear after this experience, I will NEVER purchase a Renault ever again.
