Renault PMB - Must be a comedy house, because they an absolute JOKE

I contacted Renault Pietermaritzburg on Friday 20/08/21 to get a quotation for a service I want done on my vehicle, however they never panswered the phones. I tried again on Saturday 21.08.21 also no answer, that I got into my car and drove to Renault to get the quotation, they then told me that their system is down and they will email it to me, Saturday went by and no quotation. I then tried contacting them Monday morning at about 10am got through to a lady that told me they will call me back in a couple of minutes as they are busy, 14:00 I phoned them back again and no answer, only this time my call got redirected to their head office in JHB, spoke to a friendly lady, explained how ridiculous the customer service in PMB is she apologized and told me someone will call me back in the next 5 minutes from that branch, it wasn't long and a gentleman with the name Morne contacted me, I explained the issue and he said he'll get the guys to send me my question through as soon as possible, it's now Tuesday 24.08.21 17:20 and still have not received a phone call or an email from them. This dealership does not care about customer service at all, and if I had staff in my business who did not have the companies interests at heart and has no customer service, I'd replace them with people who actually gives a ****. I'll be contacting another dealership nearby and take my business there, hopefully it's not all Renault dealerships.
