Renault Pinetown worst dealer ever

Purchase a Clio at Renault Pinetown in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa and in a matter of 6weeks Its been going back and forth. Spent more time at the dealer than its been at my own home. Took delivery of it the 6/8/2018 and currently I refuse to accept delivery of my car as they have been working numerous times on it and the same problem occurs. Worst of all, after stripping my dash, yep a brand new car, dash were damaged and have the cheek to replace it with a second hand part?Renault makes a statement”The future is Unpredicatable in Renault because Renault gives you complete peace of mind, and I strongly disagree as I have had a nightmare since I took delivery of the Renault Clio??and then Renault Pinetown block you on all their sites.
