Renault Pinetown doesn't give a hoot!

I called them with an emergency, and I was told they are too busy, and will call me back. They never did. Even after calling them again, the agent refused to put me through to a service agent, quoting, "they are too busy, and that I will get a call back". No call back ever came.

At least I got my emergency attended to by other providers that do care.
