Renault Pietermaritzburg failure to deliver goods as promised

I bought a car at Renault Pietermaritzburg in November 2017 (3months ago) and I have experienced numerous problems when it comes to them giving me all the relevant documentation like the service history book, which leads me to believe that the car u bought has no service history, this is a total *******. I was not given spare keys which which were supposed to be given the day I took delivery of the car. I am very disgusted with the poor service of Renault Pietermaritzburg and would never ever purchase or refer anyone to purchase from them.
