Renault pathetic business ethics

I have recently had my renault kwid repaired through the insurance provided in the one year with my dealership. However I'm now waiting 2 weeks to receive my car. Insurance says payment is made and dealership will not release till money reflects in their account. As businesses partners of the insurance and renualt why am I the customer being treated unfairly?
