Renault Paarden Eiland.....worst ever service

My car went in for service on 18/12/2017 for 30k service. On 22/12/2017 y chance i opened my bonnet to check the window washer water level and discovered my air contraption loose. bolts broken off. How that happened they cant explain. The point is they services the car, approved it and let me leave without checking too see if all is ok.

I went back today, the service manager is on leave. no1 senior there to assist, but after making a big noise the workshop foreman assisted me.....

I will never eva stay with renault....its the worst dealership to get involve with.
