RENAULT OUDTSHOORN WORST SERVICE

I'm VERY disappointed with the kind of service Renault OUDTSHOORN has been giving to us. We put the car for repairs of the water pump last year December, they never did send emails or call to let us know how far the repairs are. We had to call every week to make a follow up. It's end of January and we STILL don't have a car instead we keep getting stories and failed promises even from the manager that we'll get the car on Friday, it's been more than 4 Friday's now and we STILL don't have the car yet we will be paying, this isn't like a free service.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL people. THE WORST "EXPENSIVE" SERVICE EVER!
