renault not taking accountability after misleading clinets

I had an accident on 1st of January with my renault kwid and it was written off, the airbags did not deploy and i followed up with them. i was in contact with a gentleman by the name mbongiseni, whom i sent pictures of the car and everything he promised to assist as it was manufacturer's fault but to this day nothing has been done. i have emails between me and him as proof, its been almost 4 years and renault South Africa has done nothing as i believe i was deceived by them claiming the car had airbags.
