Renault not honoring warranty

I am extremely disappointed with the way my warranty claim has been handled. Despite my vehicle being under warranty, RENAULT has refused to honor it, offering no valid explanation or assistance. This lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable.

I expected better service and reliability from a brand like Renault. Please resolve this matter urgently and uphold your warranty obligations as promised.
