RENAULT NORTHCLIFFS BAD SERVICE

My husband dropped my car off for a service on the 15th January 2016 at 8:05, he literally waited 1 hour 15 minutes to be dropped off at work (which is literally 8 minutes away). He started work at 8:30 and arrived at work almost an hour late. I am so disappointed in the service delivered here , it is beyond me how taking in your car for a service can jeopardise your job. To add injury to insult the employees acted as if this was a normal occurance and that it was OK for him to be sitting around for more than an hour waiting for a lift to work.
