Renault Northcliff service

Renault Northcliff The service is good friendly people sure but don't let that fool you. I took in my Renault Kiwd 2017 model in for a "service" on 30000km on 20/05/2019. I had to bring the car back 5 times to sort out a problem. I took in the car without problems as soon as i got it back it lost all power. 5 times in one day how do you explain that??
