Renault Northcliff poor customer care

<p>I baught a brand new renault Sandero 2015 in 2015.</p> <p>the carr was said to be brand new when I bought but it just recently "yesterday" started giving me problems in terms of the start.</p> <p>today I took it to renault to get it checked and fixed but I was told it wont be fixed today it's gonna have to be left at the dealership which is Renault north-cliff, my concern is that the dealership didn't want to give me a courtesy car for the days the car is there and getting fixed. note that the car has only 1 year 5 months but it's giving me problems. </p>
