Renault Northcliff not doing what already been paid for

I, was done in at Renault Northcliff, I was charged for licensing and registration of a second hand Duster I bought it is already been paid but still nothing ,l contacted the sales person multiple times every time with a other story, the latest story I must register it myself and the money will be refunded to me, I were at the licensing department several times with no success, documents missing and with no help from Renault Northcliff making it very difficult I'm driving the car for 3 months and no effort from Renault Northcliff been made I have all the messages I send to the sales person and said he will come back to me but nothing so be warned if they have the money in their pockets the don't worry about the customer anymore do not to do business with Renault Northcliff.
