Renault Northcliff, Clearwater and South Afica

Good Day Andries and Lucy

So, my car is ready for collection but what is Renault SA going to be doing about my continuous dissatisfaction with the vehicle?

As I have said continuously, this car is a faulty vehicle and should have been replaced from the day that I complained about the scratches, the blue tooth and then the hooter all in the space of March - October 2018.

I just get the impression that my emails are being ignored, and I am just going to have to hope that nothing else breaks and then have to replace the car before the 5 year warranty is up because, the proof is in the pudding that this car is a warranty nightmare waiting to happen.

Morning All,

I am writing this email as I am just still at a loss about how to deal with Renault.

1. I have emailed all concerned since 10.2018 about my car, and voiced how I have been treated since buying the car. 2. This warranty claim, has been another complaint about my car.

I received my car on Friday, no shock as to the disgusting manner in which I was treated.

1. I handed in my rental car keys in 2. Was handed my car keys, given the paperwork and told bye 3. When I asked were is my car, I got pointed outside, I think the look on my face told your staff exactly what I thought of them. 4. Eventually got walked to the outside and pointed there it is 5. Got into the car, to see the bumper was not put back on but left lying on my backseat 6. When I went back into complain, "Oh yes I remember that, wasn't it done?" 7. I was not even shown what was replaced, normal service dealerships put the spares in your boot to prove that parts were replaced.

Surely to goodness, as a service YOU should have just put the bumper back on even though I specifically explained how it came off, when I phoned YOU to ask if the vehicle had been received on towing?

I am so disgusted with Renault, and your lack of service. I have tried two dealerships now and unfortunately you are all cut from the same cloth.

I have tried being nice, I have tried "throwing my toys" out the cot, I have even tried being indifferent, but guess Renault just don't have a clue about customer care or service.

I am also informing you, as I have informed you since this warranty claim that I am taking this issue to Carte Blanche, which I have now done. I will also be posting this onto Hello Peter.

If any of you actually read the write ups on Hello Peter, you would not even want to buy a Renault yourselves.
