Renault Northcliff

<p>I bought a car of 456km at Renault North Cliff. I drove up to 8000km and the car failed clutch pedal due to reservoir pipe leaking. I wanted to know why and how come it leaks if it is not very old or factory fault. They said it is factory fault. They said they will order one and fit it. They then stripped one of their demo cars and fit it on my car avoiding to give me a courtesy car. They told me to come fetch my car and will tell me when the part arrived to bring the car for fitting a new reservoir pipe. I told them to drop it by my work place. The front mag wheel is badly scratched. It is discouraging to talk to Renault South Africa, they are simply poor. Whoever intends to buy Renault must know that they are not people to be trusted. How do you stripped a car in dealer and fit it to another car? How do I trust you in a situation where a part failed? Why don't you think that I will think you stripped my car of its part and fit it to another car and leave the defective part on mine? Worst is that they are useless, they are not dealing with issues but bending on defending each other. They are so pathetic, it's like they are only happy as long as they work, not the quality of their work.</p>
