Renault non payment for spotter fee

Hi. I referred someone to buy a new car at Renault Princess crossing (West rand) in May 2019. I was promised a spotter payment of R1000. We are now in October, 5 months later instead of 2 to 3 days payout still waiting for the payment. My sales representative was not communicating I always sent emails and called her to get an update. Today when I complained to her manager I was told to send an email to complain. I'm very disappointed.
