Renault Newcastle bad service

Poor service from Renault Newcastle from the day I purchased a brand new car the paint work is defective and after the respray now its worse it even took the pannel beaters 77 day which was supposed to be done manufactures specks to ,the car is worse. I even brought it to the attention of sales team that most of the cars with colour on it had factory defects and nothing was done about it worst service
