Renault must fix there cars

I had this car for 3 years without a problem took the car back in for service with the complaint of the car battery runs flat without using it. I had tracker came out to service the tracker because I thought it's the tracker. 03 May 2026 the decided not that I again the battery is flat what amaze me is the fact that you say the battery is in a good condition but the car doesn't work properly
