Renault Midrand worst customer service

The worst service ever i received from Renault Midrand i paid full amount for parts over 10k i didnt get my parts at the said time and worst part im the one who is always calling the dealership i dont get proper feedback im taken pillar to post and i even called the head office but no one gets back to me.This is the worst service i have ever received
