Renault Middleburg

My mother's car (Brand new Renault Kiger)was taken to Renault Middleburg due to EPC warning light on Thursday 6 April 2023. On Tuesday 11 April 2023 , she called the dealership and they confirmed the car is being inspected and feedback will be given as soon as possible, however no feedback was given. Wednesday I called on behalf of my mother and the foreman on shift confessed that the car had not even been inspected. When we asked for a rental car in the mean time (because no lead time was given as to when the car will be repaired and returned) they simply said that they do not have any cars on the floor. No lead time was given for the car , No rental was offered , No honest communication /feedback is given .
