Renault LiquidCapital maintainance plan a farce!

I took out a maintainance plan via Liquid Capital which became effective 1 May. I phoned today to book my car in for a service which I could not do earlier due to my husband being hospitalised due to an accident. I phoned Renault Centurion today to do a booking and was told that I need to pay my 90 000 service cash before I can use my maintainance plan...REALLY! If this is the case please cancel this plan and return my premiums because this is really not acceptable and not what I signed up for!
