Renault kwid xtreme roof rack faulty

We purchased a renault kwid xtreme at eastvaalmotors in Middelburg Mpumalanga in November 2017. About a month later we noticed the roof rack was coming loose aswell as one of the chrome trimmings on the bumper at the back. On the 26th of February 2018 we took it back to eastvaal motors and they repaired the roof rack as well as the bumper. 2 days later the roof rack is looser than before as well as the bumper trimming. Iwant to know what are renault going to do with this problem in the future and how are renault going to fix our car so that there wont be anymore problems in the future.
