Renault kwid water damage

Baught a Renault Kwid at Benoni branch, when i phoned them about a problem that due to the lot of rain the car is full of water inside, infront and back, the lady told me that the drainholes are bloked, and they had a lot of the same issues, then she told me that the car was standing under a tree or the windows were open, realy how stupid do she think i am, and i must check that the drainholes are not blocked....... I am staying in Thabazimbi, the vehicle went for a service tomorrow a week ago. Benoni branch not helpfull at all, Marius at Lionel motors said i can bring vehicke to them, but it hava to stay there for a while for them to investigate to see whats the problem. If they know about the problem in the kwids, why wasnt we notified by the dealership we baught it from. Video and photos where taken, and camera coverage where vehicle was standing, can be supp**** on request.
