Renault Kwid no ownership for fault Sales
I purchased a Renault Kwid on 05 October from Sales Consultant Callan Devasan. 9 days later I advised Callan that the vehicle was giving me brake issues, he then advised which he failed to do when closing the deal was that the Renault Brake noise- Noise from the front brakes is not unknown on new vehicles of all brands. This can be attributed to the compounds found in the latest friction material, used to comply with the current Environment and Safety legislation. Engine noise- This noise is caused by the three cylinder engine in the Kwid and is normal. The dealership then gave me a courtesy vehicle and took my car for the above to be resolved, hoping that upon return my car would be sufficient to drive. Email proof from Callan and Jaco that the fault ha been found yet no job card to date has been provided on work that was doen. I had endless email and telephonic correspondence with both Callan and Jaco Van Berg Dealer [Principle at Princess Crossing advising that as the customer I was entitled to please get a different Kwid or a car within the same price range. He confirmed as per email proof that it would be possible, the very next day he advised via email that could not assist on replacement. The emails and conversations became very intense as the dealership was not listening or taking responsibility for not informing the client upon the sale about the problems we would encounter. hence my emails ended up rather vulgar as both names mentioned above were arrogant and refused to assist. I eventually gave up and carried on driving the car. Endless issues arose with brakes, so I took the vehicle to the following dealerships for the brakes to be replaced. The dates are a bit vague to me but you more than welcome to call the dealerships for dates car was brought into their workshop. - Clearwater service was done and brakes replaced - Midrand please contact them as no job card provided, I opted to do a trade in and value was 80k which left me with a shortfall I couldn't afford - Clearwater for brakes and gearbox replacement( strange that gearbox on new car had to be replaced Please look into my case as once again the brakes are giving a problem with a screeching sound every time I take a turn. All I need is for somebody to take responsibility for selling me a problematic car, I do not have a deposit or money to put down on another car. I have requested from all 3 branches to please assist with a different Renault in the same price range. Debbie from Princess crossing was just as unhelpful To date I am still driving a problematic car that once again has to be rebooked in for brakes. I logged a complaint with the following ********** who provided the following feedback I spoke with the guys from Midrand, Clearwater and Westrand with your complaint And they advised that you are not agreeing with monthly instalment on a new vehicle for a trade in And Jaco also explain that your vehicle was fixed under warranty a tear a year ago into his Dealership (please note no job card for the work that was doneThank you Lucy

I am know coming to Hello Peter for assistance as my car is in no condition to take me from point and to point B
I am merely looking for assistance to resolve the problem with the problematic Kwid that has put my family in danger.
I don't have money to pay for the shortfall on a new car or alternative model, all I want is for Princess Crossing to admit to the wrong that has to be fixed or please reimburse me the full amount that I have wasted for the past year on a car that has been more in the workshop then performing the duties bought for as a vehicle , customer service is key no matter what the industry
Your assistance highly appreciated
