Renault Kwid JMB058MP

With the first service of 10000 kms on our car (Renault Kwid Expression) we started to complain about the noise that was coming from the left front wheel, noise on the dash & noise on the drivers door. The car was in today for the 7th time since we bought it at the end of March 2018. It has just over 24000 kms on the clock. First they changed the exhaust, secondly the changed the steering rack, thirdly they put a reconditioned gearbox on. We have struggled so much with Renault. We contacted Renault SA on the 19 the Sept 2019, on the 20th they asked us for our name, contact number & email address. By the 25th Sept we hadn't had any feedback from them so we sent them a message again. They came back saying the case has been logged & they gave us a case number 4-***4 & up till noe nothing has been done. The vehicle has been to the Nelspruit branch, Zambezi branch in Pretoria & back to Nelspruit & still the problem persists.

We do not want the vehicle any longer & therefore request a refund with interest. Please help us!!
