Renault Kwid complaint

I called Renault complaint this morning to lay a complaint about my Renault kwid vehicle. i got transferred and i had to leave a message to a person who was not available. i had to call again and i was told i will be assisted later. I bought a brand new Renault Kwid and it went in for repairs 3 times and i am still experiencing the same problem.
