Renault Kwid Climber no airbag deployment

I bought a new Renault kwid climber for my wife in 2021. We had problems with this vehicle since day 1. We had the car for 3 days and I found 9 dents on the car that looked like hail dents. On 3000km the hooter did not function as it should. On approximately 30000km the cars brake master cylinder had to be replaced. On 45000km it was the clutch cable. Then this year 20 November it was the left front head light. 8 days after the headlight was replaced my wife was involved in a major acccident. A guy skipped a red robot as my wife was crossing the road and collided with her on the right hand side. The car is a write off. The towtruck driver that towed the vehicle asked my wife why didn't the airbags deploy. Then we had another guy come out to our house to give us a quote and he asked the same thing. Renault states that they have a SRP airbag system or also known as a supplimental restraint protection. You have to wear your seatbelt in order for the airbag to deploy in a accident. My wife had her seatbelt on and after the accident she was almost sitti g in the passenger seat. On Thursday 30 November I wrote to Renault South Africa about the problems we had with the car and about the airbags not working in the vehicle. The Friday 1 December Simphiwe Rasmeni from Renault South Africa contacted me, I asked him why did the airbags in the vehicle not function and he said he will have to talk to their technical department. He phoned me back in about 20min and said that he will email me a form that we had to complete and email back. Saturday 2 December 2023 we emailed the form with all the supporting documents back to him. Monday the 4th of Desember I did not receive any commumication from him. Tuesday the 5th of December I send him another email to say that I was unhappy with the service because you would think that Renault South Africa has a reputation to uphold. Then I sent another email Thursday 7th December to find out what is going on and still nothing. Point being don't by any Renault asspecially a Renault Kwid or any Kwid model.
