RENAULT KWID BRAKES

I purchased a renault kwid less than 2 months ago, The breaks screech horribly and there is a noise when you turn the steering wheel to the right. I have informed Renault northcliff, the Manager Zaheer nodded and walked off and i have heard nothing in more than a month . This is not acceptable and something should be done as the car is brand new.
