Renault kwid automatic burned clutch. Apparently it is drivers fault but failing to prove it

I bought a Renault kwid brand new December 2020, an automatic one. I had a lot of issues with the car from battery to weird sounds when I start the car. I raised all these with POLOKWANE branch and I was treated like a mad woman. Now my car decided to not move out of the blue without warning, the telling me I burned the clutch plate. I asked them how and no one can explain how and I've since been waiting for a technical report and everything that proves that it is my fault.

I am required to pay 12k yet they say they don't have the parts still. But my issue is how do I burn a clutch on an automatic car and ok yes it is burned but how is it drivers fault? If I can get technical proof as to how is it my fault and why they can't fix it I'll appreciate. I have been waiting for report for two weeks now
