Renault Kwid

I bought my Renault Kwid February 2018 at Renault Menlyn. The service was great and I was happy till the cars first service. I booked my car at Renault Alberton 3rd Oct 2018 14 941km on the clock. As per my service book Oil service & oil filter was done as well as air filter. A day later a light on my dash panel came on everytime I lift my foot from the eccelerator. So I called Renault Alberton explained my problem and they told me to bring in the car.So everytime I have to take my car I need to ask time off work.I have to wait for a driver at Renault not so bad then get dropped off at work. So then I get told my car is sorted. I was told the light still comes on but I dont have to worry computer was reset and I can drive.But its not a pleasant drive as my car doesn't drive smooth.Its as if the petrol gets stuck sometimes.If you drive at 120km/h its as if there is a dead spot.Feels like your driving with the aircon on.Smothering type of drive. So I called them just before the holidays in Dec 2018 and was told they ordered the part and is still waiting( since Oct) so lets make it 2months since the service and they still dont have the faulty part.So I dont get this as oil was changes.What does that have to do with the petrol? Ok so maybe I am just stupid here and I was also told at the time I am not the only one waiting, there is a long list of Kwids with the same problem.Ok so now we wait for a part. We are now in February 2019. This is now 4months later no call from Renault about a part or when to bring my car.....Nothing! I bought stuff in China when I was there in Dec and my goods have arrived already! Renault where is your parts coming from? Mars? Today I came from Vanderbijlpark to Alberton.Just before 7h00 in the morning as I need to turm off the highway, no indicator light flickering on the dash! I turn the light switch but the light stays on on the dash but no other lights are working.So at the first robot I stop as close as I can to the car infront of me and try the imdicators, ok well at least outside they are working and the headlights is on. Got home, unload my car.When I start my car to leave for work everything is back to normal at least.So my question is does my car have to burn or leave me woman alone next to a highway or what need to happen before I can enjoy my brand new car again? Will Renault ever call me? I drove my previous car 12years and sold her to buy this one so no please dont blame the driver or the fact that I am a woman and doesnt know better. It would really be nice if my car can feel like new again Please Renault let me know when my problem is going to be resolved or do I need to go pick one of the managers cars to drive with while they can qthen use mine? Maybe then it will get sorted.4months with not so much as a call is bad guys! You eaten my money already please can I now have my new car? Its almost time for the next service and I simply dont trust you giys so where do I take my car? Hope to hear from someone very soon.
