Renault kwid 2019

I'm experiencing the worst with @Renaulttheglen dealership as i bought a brand new Renault Kwid in May and its been giving me problems since . i've took the vehicle three time to get it checked and repaired but I'm still facing problems with it. They cant pick up any problem when i take it in and i have to show them prove. i escalated the matter to the renault the glen service manager and i was told i cant get a refund or another vehicle but they can only repair the vehicle. I dont understand what they will repair as they cant pick up the problem. i had to escalate it to @renaultsouthafrica and im still waiting to hear from them . what kind of a service is this thou ??????????????????????
