RENAULT Kwid 2017 no parts

<p>Hi,I am Ms Pulane,from Soshanguve.I bought Renault Kwid on May 2017,and had an accident the very same month in May 2017,the insurance approved the quote from the panel beater.I am now in August and still waiting for my car.The panel beater has nothing to do because Renault has no parts in SA.I further spoke to Renault S.A. asking the whereabouts of the parts they say the parts are in back order in France,and they are not sure when they will be in S.A..I am paying the installment of a car that I am not using.I'm in a 3rd month without a car,yet the money goes every month of the bank.I asked for the car to be written off,and the insurance pay the bank,and I buy another car somewhere else,but no one is able to assist me.Please hello peter help me please</p>
