Renault Kiger Problems

I bought a Renault Kiger a year and three months ago with endless problems, firstly the reverse gear would grind badly and they told me its normal i should put it in first gear then reverse. Then the driver side window mechanism wouldn't open the window every time, to get it to work you needed to hit the side of the door. I went back four times where they said its a dry joint before replacing the mechanism. A blow is coming from the engine which sound quite bad, i've taken it in five times and it's still not resolved, in the mornings the car sounds quite bad. now the right shock is leaking just out of warranty, the ignition doesn't turn everytime, and the bolts on the passanger side door for the latch keeps coming loose. Surely a car a year and three months old should not be having these or am i mistaken? i know these problems WONT get resolved I have lost all faith in Renault
