Renault - Kiger - No Stocks!

I have been promised stocks of the Kiger since Jan but nothing as yet! Dealer keeps providing next dates, its now been 4 months on! Finance & everything is approved, but not stocks in the country for an auto. If you don't have stocks then why sell such a car, be honest & say that you cannot sell.
