Renault Kiger defects

I took delivery of my renault kiger in June this year and from the onset I had issues with it. the front passenger window did not work and when the car is in idle it actually shakes. I reported this but they only fixed the window after a month but for some reason something inside the passenger door is now loose. I was told that they cant do anything about the fact that the car literally shakes when its idling. on thursday the 8th of September 2022 i came back from Dr's appointment and noticed a leak in my car when I got home. I reported this and a tow truck was sent, my car was taken to Renault Benoni on the 9th where I had to spend half of the morning just trying to reach them. when I finally did Iwas told they are only going to work on my car from Monday that is the 12th. Mind you, I did not go to work on friday because of this and now Im being told they will only start working on my car on the 12th. A guy from customer care called during the day to find out if I was called and was told what is wrong with my car? and the answer was no. He called Renault benoni and then got back to me to tell me the car was overheating and they need to replace the fan. On monday I sent an email to customer care again and guess what, no reponse. I had to now call Benoni again around one because they did not think it was important to give me any feedback, I was told by Maree or Marie that they do not have the replacement part and have to order that from India and that is going to take 21 days. I was also told that they do not have a loan car for me although this is their malfuntion and has nothing to do with me. firstly I do not understand how the whole of SA could not have the required fan but what really irritates me beyond measure is the fact that this is putting my employment at risk, Im paying for a car I do not have and Im told I have to pay for a loan car from them although the fault on the breakdown is not mine. Im so disapointed, I wish I read the reviews before even buying this car, with that said Im not going to take this lying down because this is also putting my job on the line and my health aswell because I'm pregnant and my gynae believes there could be complications so I need to have a car incase I need to be taken to the Dr also to go for my regular check up
