Renault Kiger

I purchased a brand new Renault Kiger in June 2022. The car has been making a very strange loud noise as I reverse. I have brought this to the attention of Renault Namibia, all they are saying is that they will revert back when Renault SA gets back to them. It has been back and forth like this for the past year. I want them to take back their car and give back my money so that I can buy something that is worth my money.

This is very poor service from such a big company
