Renault Kiger AMT ZEN 1.0 faulty gearbox

I dont know where to start with Renault Tygervalley . I just want to say thank you for ruining my whole first car experience which i worked so hard for.

Renault kiger amt zen 1.0. Took ownership on the 16th of march. In less than 3 months my kar has been in 3 times for gearbox issues. Overall my car was in for 7 weeks. I received the car dirty with chips marks on a few places.

Car struggles to accelerate. I can have my foot flat on the peddle and the car will barely move. Reverse is even worse. I got my car back the 3rd time in worse condition than before. strange noises coming from the bonnet that only started 2 months in. My car refs to its highest and still does not move nor change gears. I had to pull over once due to the refs not wanting to go back to normal in traffic. It is not safe to drive.

First time my car was in they noticed the problem and reset the system. My car lasted 3 weeks and it went back to normal. Second time i got a parent involved and my car went it for weeks with out a curtesy car given as they don't have any in automatic. (If you want to sell automatic, you need to make provision for an automatic curtesy car) again they said they just reset the system.

Third time back to the dealership. They story kept changing and they were lying each time. First they said they did not find any problems. Then they said there is a bug in the system and they cant fix it as they are not qualified to code and find the bug in the electronic system as they copy and paste a formula (each time they reset the system they just copy and paste). Luckily I’ve learned to have proof. Before i gave my car in i took photos of my car gage with the renault building in-front of me. They **** and said they drove my car for 400 km yet and there really is nothing wrong yet my km barely went up with 100.

I contact the bank and thank you for the guy who tried his best, but the response I received back was exactly what renault said. I provided emails, WhatsApp’s. Invoices and reports to back my statement. They said i come up with new complaints each time and made out that im lying as i don’t know anything and im just young. We now need to source another few dealerships to do more test and provide those tests to the ombudsman at our own expense. I cannot sell the car as it is financed and i will loose to much if i have to sell it now.

Im soo exhausted of fighting with renault Tygervalley and MFC financing.
