Renault kiger 2025 overheating
Good day
I bought a Renault kiger 2025 the beginning of this year and before i even knew it I was having an issue with the radio switching off on its own. I reported the issue to Renault Nelspruit and was told to bring the car in for inspection of which I had to take the car in numerous times before they could try to find the issue. I don’t even know how many times I’ve taken the car there and I don’t want to mention their poor service, poor is an understatement because every time I had to be the one contacting them to find out the progress. After the numerous times that I have taken the car there and explained that the issue might not be the radio but they replace it anyway in May. The issue persisted and I had to take it in again and they said they found the issue and sorted it out. Again the issue persisted and I had to take it back and I again explained that the issue is not the radio but the car itself and also explained that it was replaced in May. What do they do, they order another radio and I’m told to bring the car in. This whole time going up and down they are also giving me excuses regarding a courtesy car and according to my knowledge, if the car is still under warranty I’m supposed to be given a courtesy car. Every time I had to take the car in I had to make a plan to move around. Tell me why I have to explain one thing over and over again as if they don’t have records of my issue.
I refuse to take the car in tomorrow because the same thing ( radio replacement ) that didn’t solve the issue is what they’re telling me they will be doing. I have dealt with so many people regarding this issue I don’t understand why it hasn’t been sorted or they must just give me a new car. Why buy a new car trying to avoid having problems but the very same new car gives you problems worse than a pre owned car? They need to take back their faulty car and give me a new car or I will be taking this further. I am beyond angry.
