Renault Kiger 2024 Recall / Poor Service

Poor after sales from Renault Pinetown Motus and Renault South Africa. Two weeks of purchasing a Renault Kiger the Cladding was loose.I informed the dealership and they called me in to come with the car.They said they app**** a two way tape to hold it .Upon reaching home the cladding was loose again.I informed them and they said the going to claim under warranty a new cladding. When I went to to sort out the cladding issue I was also informed that Renault South has recalled the vehicle as it is not safe for me to drive.Renault Motus Pinetown is currently in possession of the vehicle.I have requested for a substitution car but was informed all the Renault Kiger's have an issue ,it's a national crisis I must wait for a new batch coming from India but they don't know when.Meanwhile other dealerships are selling the Renault kigers there is no issue.I am paying R5,500 per month plus insurance for a car that is collecting dust at the dealership. A brand new car is now a workshop property.Renault SA and Renault Motus refuse to give me a document stating the issue of the car.Renault South Africa have placed my life in jeopardy by giving me a car that not road worthy , not only my life but pedestrians and hospital patients as I work in a hospital. I highly don't recommend Renault South Africa and Renault Motus Pinetown. I would like a quick resolution and MFC Nedbank to intervene as they're financing the car.
