Renault Kiger 1.0 MT Zen - UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

RE: CLUTCH ISSUES ON MY RENAULT KIGER (Model Kiger 1.0 MT Zen) I bought a new Renault Kiger 1.0 MT Zen in March 2022 form Renault ******. Not too sure about the exact date but on about 7 000km we started hearing a noise not only when reversing but when pulling away too. We took the car to the Motus ****** dealership, and the Workshop Foreman was then test driving the car with my husband and told us that this is a sound the cars make and is a common sound with that specific model. We took the car back more times after that and also mentioned it when we took the car for its services and were again told that it’s a common sound although it got worse as time goes by. It then started to feel as if there was a "hesitation" with the sound that we have been hearing when pulling away and specially in slow traffic when the clutch is used more. We took the car for its 45 000km service to the Motus ****** branch hoping that we might get answers from them. There we were also told that it is a common sound. I then contacted the workshop manager again as he was the person we were talking to all the time telling him that I’m not happy with this as I bought a new car and if it is an issue with the car, it should be sorted out by Renault. I can’t imagine anyone being happy with this. He tested the car on 24 November 2023 and experienced the problem explained to him and said we must bring in the car as soon as possible to have it looked at. We took the car in on Tuesday 28 November 2023. I later phoned again where he informed me that he and his “cotech” tested the car and it did not behave the same as the day when he tested it with my husband. I can promise you it is still the same, and I would appreciate it if Renault can sort out this query of mine as I’m sure no one will be happy with this as it is “common with these models”. I bought this car brand new and are still paying it off with hard earned money. I requested a full report from Renault on what they have done with the car after having it for a full week – I received a letter from them, and they also attached a letter from the Aftersales Manager indirectly stating to live with it as it is a characteristic of these cars, and a letter from Renault SA confirming the same. Sorry to repeat myself again, but I am not happy with the feedback I got from Renault. How can you reassure the customer this sound does not affect the reliability or the functionality of the vehicle – IT IS A BRAND NEW CAR AND SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS AT ALL!!!
