Renault Kadjar - worst car I've ever driven

I bought a 2017 Renault Kadjar 1.2T EDC under warranty and maintenance plan. This car has the worst automatic transmission of any vehicle I have ever driven. The car shudders when pulling away, it jerks forward suddenly meaning it takes great s**** to learn how to pull away without the sudden lurch forward, and the reverse gear is a total joke. In reverse the car will roll forward and suddenly the gear engages and causes it to lurch backwards suddenly. On a number of occasions I have almost accidentally hit into objects thanks to this ridiculous automatic gearbox. And what's worse, Renault claim that's the way its supposed to operate. Countless complaints about this poor auto gearbox are posted on international websites. Never buy a Renault with the "EDC auto" gearbox. This was my first, and will be my last, Renault purchase.
