Renault Kadjar that gives issues

I have a renault kadjar that is under a yr old.

The car has been problematic since from the beginning. the car just smells sometimes nje like something is burning on it, but as a woman i thought maybe its still new hence the smell. The car was on 500km mileage when i had to drive to NW (Dec 2017, and it was only 2weeks old), the car literally stopped and the clutch was loose. i thought maybe its for safety and i stopped for 5mins and drove home.

On traffic i get stressed cos the clutch gets loose and i have to stop for it to be fine. I am being told now that the clutch is ****ed up.

This car is my 3rd car, i drove VW polo 6 from 2011 to 2015 with NO issues what so ever, i then bought a demo renault megane 3 2014 model again for 3yrs NO issues.

I then changed to renault kadjar and i been experincing **** with the car.

I loggoed complained yesterday and today and no one got back to me.

Can renault SA respond to this issue asap, i cant go to work cos i dont have a transport.
