RENAULT IS USELESS

I'm so disappointed at Renault in Cresta I bought a Sandero and I never used the spare key and now my old key is getting old I decided to change keys and use the spare and it's not working and when I go to them they are telling me I need to book the car in and pay for the spare key that never worked before
