RENAULT IS ONLY LOOKING OUT FOR NUMBER ONE

I never felt so used in my life like I do now. Brought a kwid in March 2018 brand new, it was my first car. Less then two months after I brought it it started giving me issues with a sound coming from the back wheel, took it in and they said that their system shows nothing, but their technician expailned to me that it's wind coming in from the back and their is nothing they can do about that. Spoke to the dealership about this and I was told my only option was to trade in the vehicle and get another one. And at that time it was not an option for me I hardly had that car for 2 months. Then there was the navigation issue sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work.. When they check it on the system everything is fine but the navigation system is not working. Then ****er was the sound in the engine that never seems to go away and that can't be fixed. Worse the windows that open on their own. Everytime I live my car I have to check if the windows at the back are closed. Or the light thats never goes off even after the problem has been fixed by the dealership.

The part that ******ed me was when I spoke to my bank today. Looking for options to get away from this car before it ****s me and my family. They give me three options. 1.cancel the deal 2. Swope the car for different one that is of the some price 3.trade in for a better one Options the dealer never give me. I then decided to call them and tell them about the conversation I had with my bank. The consultant then said she will call me with and answer. She then called me back advising me that they won't Swope the car because it does not benefit them to do so. She then told me again that the only option would be for me to trade in the car and they would add the shortfall on the new contract. '' that's the only we able to make profit ''. So it has become very clear that the only people RENAULT Cares about are themselves and making profit of us. Stay as far as possible from Renault and their cars that are not safe and a 100%
