Renault is Just a *******

Never 👎 buy a Renault Kiger for the vehicle 🚗 comes with so many factories faults, my vehicle is the 1st to put on a test that they discovered that it doesn’t have the cord stabiliser bar, they call it in to fix with a wrong still however to make it worse, the trauma I am facing when driving this vehicle is beyond my control and my family do not feel comfortable riding in this car no more due to the sound it is making more like something is breaking from inside. Driving it, it feels like am driving an old dead car bought in 1976 however is till a new vehicle, I’ve been in contact with Renault Hatfield and South Africa with all empty promises to get back to me and they don’t. So they say the part is still under manufacturing with no promise as to when it will arrive off which my life has stopped now, paying for a vehicle I am not comfortable with and as to all South Africans driving a Kiger you’ll be recall for the same problem as it is a factory fault for all Kigers in South Africa, for a moment I should have listened to the views about Renault before buying this brand for I regret day in and out.

I need help on how to return this vehicle and get the value for my money. I am so traumatised by just starting the vehicle, the knocking noise is just too much to handle and no one os helping me at this point time am just stuck with a s**** of a vehicle 🚗. Please 🙏🏾 someone come through to help me as am so devastated at the moment, missed work due lack of transportation or mobility. To Renault if you know how much a car means to is owner surly you could have helped by now but no you don’t and am just cry pain every day of my life for the past 3 months now. Bought the car out of love but now I just don’t know.
