I did not even want to give a star and bases on the negative reviews and Renault South Africa lack of response they could not care less. They sell cars with useless service plans , no record of service and when it comes to service they force unsuspecting clients to pay cash even though service plan has been paid for. Maybe all disgruntled renault owners must set their cars alight in front od Renault dealers and head office
