Renault is bad, ****, selfish and manipulative

In May 2019, I went to Renault Clearwater looking for an affordable vehicle. I saw the advert of Renault Kwid on media, saying they have Renault Kwid for R1999per month, No deposit, 0% deposit, 5 years warranty, 1year insurance, and 2 years service plan. When I arrived there I was specific that I want the automatic but the salesman **** to me that it is discontinued and convinced me to take the manual even after I told him that I have never drove the manual before. It did not end there, later in the month after I got the car, I learnt that the guy **** to me and I called the dealership asking them to exchange the vehicle for me with the automatic vehicle, they referred me to the same salesman who made me feel bad about my decision and continued to make my wish and choice difficult. He delayed until it was late and impossible for me to exchange the vehicle. After few months he came with stories that the bank that funded me refuse to help me because I have already started with my 1st instalment. As if that was not enough, when I wanted to settle the instalment the bank told me that I owe them double the amount I bought the vehicle with. They told me about the balloon but on the adverti*****ts they said no deposit and no balloon. My vehicle has a problem of showing the battery sign and make a sound, when took it to Renault they asked me to pay for it to be checked. They had forgotten and **** about the warranty and service plan. People, be warned about this dealership. Everything they advertise is a lie and a trap. I despise them. I bought the car I can't drive myself because I was denied my option of the automatic. I told them I have never drove the manual but they still manipulated me into buying the manual because they knew I was desperate. They only care about the money more than the satisfaction of the clients/customers. They made me hate the car!
