Renault is a *****

My Car Renault Kwid Expression 2020 is not even 5 months old, i got it on 0 kms at Renault Bryanston.

In February 2021, a warning light that looks like a heart pulse came out orange, we were on our way to work; i called my sales person and he asked the mechanic they said i can bring it the following day.

The following day i dropped my son off at school, and drove to Renault westrand because i needed surety that i can still get to bryanston. They told me i need to book for a service i should come back the following day to do so. I went back home. In the morning hoping before going to work i'll start at bryanston, the warning light turned red and the accelerator was accelerating without stepping on the paddle.

I called the tow truck to assist, and take it to westrand as it's the closest for me. They called me back a day later, that it's fine there's nothing wrong with. Immediately when i went out of their gate the warning light started again, i took it back immediately with pics and videos. they said ok bring it back on Monday morning.

Monday it turned red again, i couldn't move it. The tow truck came again to my rescue, it stayed there for 3 days, when i called they advised that the warranty system is offline and they need to wait for it, eventually they got the feedback from the warranty people, then they called for me to fetch it, with no warning sign.

They asked me 2 days later to bring it for the warranty people to take the numbers on the paddles. They called the following day to bring it again; i stayed there for 5 hours with zero feedback.

Now the warning sign is back on again, and it turned red immediately.

I'm so disappointed in this brand as i'm paying for something i'm not enjoying nor do i feel safe in this car and i'm a new 1st time driver.

Soo much inconvenience for a "new Car"- i also think this car is a demo car; there's no way a new car should act in this manner.

Renault Sucks.
